By using our services you agree to these Terms. These terms cover booking, service delivery, payment and change/cancellation rules.
Consumer guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Under the ACL, services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any disclosed purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time. If a service fails to meet a guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy including re-performance or refund.
These guarantees cannot be excluded for consumers. For business customers, remedies may be limited to those agreed in writing.
| Issue | Likely remedy | Typical timeframe |
|---|---|---|
| Poor workmanship | Re-performance / repair | Within warranty period |
| Serious failure | Refund or re-performance | Promptly after identification |
| Late delivery | Re-book or refund | Depends on booking |
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Accesspulse excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for direct loss arising from our services is limited to the price paid for those services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights which cannot be lawfully excluded under the ACL.
